Chamber Types We Manufacture
We design and manufacture precision chambers for aerospace, semiconductor, medical devices, scientific research, oil & gas, and pharmaceutical applications.
Vacuum Chambers
Ultra-high vacuum and low-pressure chambers for research, material processing, and thin-film deposition with exceptional outgassing performance.
Pressure Chambers
High-pressure vessels engineered for chemical reactions, material testing, and process applications. All designs certified to relevant standards.
Test Chambers
Environmental test chambers for temperature cycling, thermal shock, humidity testing, and accelerated life testing of products.
Process Chambers
Custom chambers engineered for specific manufacturing processes — reaction chambers, curing chambers, annealing chambers.
Sealed Chambers
Hermetically sealed chambers with precise sealing surfaces and leak-free design for sensitive applications.
Heated/Cooled Chambers
Chambers integrated with temperature control — heating jackets, cooling circuits, thermal management systems.

Chamber Manufacturing FAQ
What chamber types can you manufacture?
We manufacture vacuum chambers for low-pressure research and material processing, pressure chambers for high-pressure testing and chemical processing, test chambers for environmental and performance testing, and custom process chambers for specific applications.
What materials are best for vacuum chambers?
Stainless steel 316 is the industry standard for vacuum chambers — excellent vacuum integrity and outgassing properties. For extreme vacuum applications, electropolished stainless steel is used. Titanium is available for extreme environments.
What tolerances can you hold on chamber dimensions?
CNC machined chambers hold dimensional tolerances of ±0.1mm on external dimensions and ±0.05mm on sealing surfaces. Internal features are machined to ±0.02mm with CMM verification.
What is the typical lead time for custom chambers?
Complex chambers require 6–8 weeks for design, manufacturing, and testing. Simpler chambers may be delivered in 4–6 weeks. Lead time includes pressure testing and vacuum integrity verification.
Can you manufacture chambers with custom ports?
Yes. We design and machine custom port configurations — inlet/outlet ports, instrumentation ports, access ports, and sampling ports. All ports are engineered for sealing and integration with external equipment.
Do you offer pressure testing for chambers?
Yes. All pressure chambers are tested to 1.5× rated pressure before delivery. Vacuum chambers are tested for vacuum integrity and leak rates. Testing reports and certification available.
